The Love Theory Workshop

Friday, February 14, 2025

Location: The SAYS Center

Welcome to The Love Theory. Writing to Heal! An Empowerment Workshop.

Come join us at The SAYS Center with Patrice Hill and Denisha "Coco Blossom" Bland for a transformative space for women to reconnect with themselves through writing and healing. Using guided exercises and reflective prompts, participants will explore self-expression, release limiting beliefs, and celebrate their personal growth. The experience provides a safe, nurturing environment to cultivate deeper self-love, empowering women to embrace their authentic selves and honor their unique journeys. It’s a space to pause, reflect, and celebrate the beauty of who you truly are, fostering empowerment and connection with others on similar paths. This is an invitation to rediscover the joy of loving yourself unapologetically.s. Age: 18+ and/or Teen Mother’s
